What to Expect

Initial Intake Appointment

For a new child (ages 6-17) or adult (18+) intake visit, the appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. This gives us time to review your history and concerns, evaluate your needs, and get to know you.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes for children and adults.

Before Your Appointment

Once you have requested an appointment, you will receive a link to the patient portal for self-registration.

Complete Intake Forms

Complete all assigned intake forms through the patient portal.

Secure & HIPAA-Compliant

Forms are completed online through encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems.

Payment Information

Insurance or payment information must be completed before your appointment.

Important Notice: All required intake forms must be completed in full through the patient portal before the initial intake appointment will be scheduled. Once the forms are received, your appointment will be scheduled for the date and time that we discussed with you. You will receive confirmation of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Convenient Telehealth Appointments

Psychiatric services are currently provided exclusively through secure telehealth appointments, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

We are currently working on credentialing with major insurance carriers.
We currently accept self-pay patients and the following insurances: 

• Aetna
• Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Colorado
• Carelon Behavioral Health
• Cigna
• Optum / United Behavioral Health
• Select Health – Colorado
