What to Expect

Initial Intake Appointment

For a new child (ages 6-17) or adult (18+) intake visit, the appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. This gives us time to review your history and concerns, evaluate your needs, and get to know you.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes for children and adults.

Before Your Appointment

Once you have requested an appointment, you will receive a link to the patient portal for self-registration. All assigned intake forms must be completed through the portal before your appointment.

Complete Intake Forms

Complete all assigned intake forms through the patient portal.

Secure & HIPAA-Compliant

Forms are completed online through encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems.

Payment Information

Insurance or payment information must be completed before your appointment.

72-Hour Requirement

All required information must be submitted at least 72 hours before your appointment.

Important Notice: All required intake forms, including consent forms, privacy practices, health history, insurance or payment information, and demographic information, must be completed online at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If these forms are not received at least 72 hours before your initial intake appointment, the appointment will be canceled.

Convenient Telehealth Appointments

Psychiatric services are currently provided exclusively through secure telehealth appointments, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
